If your penguin is not using the ultimate safe chat feature in chatting, and you really want to say something to your friends and talk them during the Marvel Superhero Takeover 2013, then don't worry because Club Penguin added some brand new safe chat messages to the safe chat list in which you could use to chat and talk with your friends about the party! But if you're using the ultimate safe chat, you can type whatever you want your penguin to say. And in the same time, you're welcome to use the safe chat messages list.
