To join Club Penguin you need to create a new penguin account, and when done doing so you'll receive an activation email to the email address you enter during registration! The email's look changed today, and below is it's new look: (thanks Trainman1405)
It's way better and cooler than the previous one, but anyway after you activate your penguin account you should receive another email welcoming you to Club Penguin! This email's look also got updated, and is shown below. (thanks Traiman1405, again!)
