Club Penguin Times Issue 399 - Scare Games Update!

A brand new issue of the weekly Club Penguin Times Issue is now here! It is the 399th issue to get published since Aunt Arctic started printed and publishing some articles for the newspaper in her office above the Coffee Shop. This newspaper talks mainly about, for sure, the scare games of the upcoming Monsters University Takeover Party 2013!
